I bought this ball for my husband so he could get back into bowling, but he decided he wanted a different ball instead. I went to bowling.com's website and to get a number so I could call them and return the ball. I saw on their website that they were offering free shipping, but I paid $16.55 on Amazon. So, I called bowling.com and asked about a return. I asked if they could either refund my original shipping, or at least send me a FedEX label to return the ball. They refused to do either. So not only had I paid $16.55 in shipping, I was probably going to pay another $15 to send it back!

The customer service supervisor (I think his name was Steve or Scott) told me that Amazon was the one who set up the shipping prices. Wrong. I spoke with Amazon and they said that the *merchant* (bowling.com in this case), was the one who set their own shipping prices! Well, now I've been lied to outright by a supervisor.
