bought this for kids to be able to use at bowling alley or eslewhere. it is light, but unfortunately the ball has an outer coating that sticks to hardwood floors, thus slowing it down. Forget a bowling alley as even an adult would find it difficult to get teh ball to reach the pins. so the only alternative is carpet, which useless!
